I want to play the wvpl series this year, and maybe play some 5 man series, but not sure how many I want to play. Post here and let me know about what you want to play.
Jesse would more than likely be good for the wvpl series, if you all decide on the TPA event in canton, I can give you all the conact info if you need it. It is a pretty well ran tourney and decent prizes and competition are available.
Heres some stuff I just found on TPA's site. TPA CUP 2008 DATES

Prizes TBA Feb 2008
Format and Divisions TBA Feb 2008 With these dates the 5 man would be on sunday, and I dont know how everyone feels about sundays, but theres the info. If anyone wants to know anything else the website is WWW.TPAPAINTBALL.COM (caps arent necessary).
I like to play 5 man, but I may have to settle with the three man simply because to play all day on a sunday and then drive 3 1/2 hours back then get back up on a monday morning for class or work is a pain in the ass. Plus from experience, you dont ever get home before 11 on tourney days, so by the time we all get home you're not looking at gettin in bed anytime before 1, and work comes damn early on mondays.
From what I gather its about 3 hours away. Other than that Im not sure. I know I can get to wheeling in about two and a quarter, so it may be a little shorter.
im just throwing this out there but March 29th is the high school regionals for the northeast. if ppl are interested then we can put together a team and can go up. just a suggestion
The first tournament at MVP is April 26th. So its just my opinion, but if we wanted to practice and play all in less than a week, I wouldnt be able to. Other than that, Im up for either one, just not both. Id really like to play the tournament though. But thats just me.
I know we need practice, but most tournaments run an overall winner of series points and even if some guys dont fair too well that would still be a building block so series points.
I'm not taking a team that gets their asses kicked to anything. If you want to put a team in that is not ready that's up to you and the old renegade guys. Besides most series will let you drop 1 score anyways.
Find something and go to it. You guys have the choice to play what ever you want. Maybe you should practice alittle bit and make a decision on what you want to play.
Hey guys there is a 3 man in carrol Oh on the 19th. That is next saturday if anyone is interested. $60 entry per team, and paint is pretty cheap. It's about an hour or 2 away. I will try to find the site for you to go to and check out. Not sure about prizes, but it would probably be great practice.
